Funny how accounting works, isn't it. Another ripoff, like mark-to-market. *poof* suddenly the debt will disappear b/c it'll never be repaid to the taxpayer.

basically thats why many say not to worry about china, the govt. will default on its citizenry first.

i didnt know the numbers but thats 60%...problem solved
