This play, originally posted 9/29 http://stockbuz.ning.com/photo/china-s-3g-growth-play is on the edge of a breakout which, with volume, could take it to $13.00-14.50. Breakouts, however, tend to come back down and test their support which is where would be perfect to add shares. Time in the market 1-2 months.
