The Increase in Diabetes

While some manufacturers have gotten out of the area (such as BMY) Diabetes testing and medication is growing by leaps and bounds.   One need only look at a long term of chart of BVO to see this.  Will Obamacare be a boon for this?  I'd love to hear your thoughts.
