**If** we breakdown, I see two choices of target based on either a H&ST or flag pattern. I personally like the flag target as it woudl penetrade last Summers low, hit stops and shake out weak longs. [Max pain] This isn't to say we couldnt' bounce near $1040-1050 bit I think odds are good it would prove to be a failed move higher. Only time will tell
