Ryans Bear Market

I am posting this using 5month EMA/13month SMA to demonstrate one of the parameters Ryan uses in determining when we are in a Bear market. Now I am not speaking for Ryan [hopefuly he will comment] but from my novice eyes, it would appear that one should remain in cash or short rallies once the 5/13 cross and *stay* there until we have a MONTHLY close ABOVE the 5month EMA. If you see Ryan, poke him and have him chime in on this subject [thank you!]
