Certainly appears as though it's reverting to the mean due to technology and baby boomers reaching reitrement age. I love how politicians don't show you the full truth but "select" dates and point fingers at the administration. They know the truth. Production will have to take up the slack unless we import more workers (immigration) or there's suddenly a boom in child birth (highly doubtful)
