Transcripts of court testimony shows GM authorized the use of the fault ignition switches knowing that they didn't meet their requirements.  Daily sure looks like a H&ST and monthly is on sell.  I'll short and add on any attempt to challenge the right shoulder.  Cover above it to your tolerance.  Goal the 50month.  Time in market 3-6 mos.
