Another consolidation. As the weekly EBAY chart shows http://screencast.com/t/gndnQVXCzEJ EBAY has a history of making a move higher, consolidating and then another move higher. These consolidations are periods of "digestion" or "rest". The theory in consolidations is "the longer the consolidation, the larger the move". I discussed this behavior in this post http://screencast.com/t/gndnQVXCzEJ With EBAY, I will begin to accumulate shares at lower support in the next few days, with my stop below that support (where everyone elses stops are located). If it breaks, we'll all bail BUT risk is clear and cost minimized.
