DXY 11.12.10 [t/a view]

With everyone expecting the USD to plummet via QE2, I offer the theory that it may not be strictly treasuries or MBS which are bought, but Cororpate bonds which equities would follow in suit. There are some minor divergences in DXY and while it is still within its down channel, these divergences should be monitored [imho]. Commitment of Traders also revealed large traders getting long again in the greenback. Could be a hedge but still something to monitor [imho]. Coincidentally LQD [corporate bond ETF] broke down from a long rising wedge. Again a bearish sign
