Interesting stuff: "April option expiration is bullish across the board with solid gains on the first day of the week, the last day of the week, the entire week and the week after. However, next Tuesday is the deadline to file income taxes (or request an extension) and although the day itself has a bullish history, the following days have been prone to weakness as assets are sold to raise the cash needed to cover the checks mailed. The Commodity Trader’s Almanac 2012, also reminds, that tax time does have a tendency to take a bite out of gold’s price as well in April.
