USO could be flagging bearishly or ready for a reversal to head higher so wait for a breakout to show you direction *OR* if you're bearish, short it now with a stop above overhead resistance. Longer term however, it has a lot of overhead supply so a breakout higher will have limited upside as a result [imo]
