Yes, it's a dry bulk shipping and yes, the volume would indicate shorts are covering emass. Nonetheless $5.70 is a definite breakout of this enormous H&SB or rounded bottom. One would add more shares on a test of the rising 50d on this long/hold trade. Ultimate target will be $8 of several months however I would keep a portion in a drawer and let it run with an alert back at my entry price. Who knows what the future holds...
