We all thought it was a failed breakout last week but quite often, what's classified as a "failed breakout" is merely bad design. The wrong crayola drawn on the wrong point or even just a different pattern emerging other than the one we [I] believed. I submit this alternate view of AFAM today and believe we should still keep it on our watchlist as the GOP House is set to vote on repealing Obama healthcare this week; and most like the repeal will pass. Good or bad for AFAM? IDK but I still believe in the strength of the move.
